If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Agrospace makes it easy for you to return your items and receive a refund. To create a return, simply follow these easy steps. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Don’t forget to keep your invoice with you.Return policy guidelines• You can initiate a return within 7 days for ALL eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.• When returning an item, keep all seals, tags, accessories intact and ensure the item is in its original packaging.• Remove any passwords from devices being returned, otherwise the return will be invalid.

Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 2 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30 pm) after which the item will be cancelled, if you are unreachable or unable to receive the order.

PICKUP STATION

Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day your order arrives at the pickup station. You will be notified of your order's arrival, and you have to retrieve it within 5 days. If the order is not picked up, it will be automatically cancelled.
